DFIM Circular No. 11: License Surrender of Nagad Finance PLC
The Department of Financial Institutions and Markets of Bangladesh Bank approved the surrender of the license (No. DFIM(L)/42, dated 14/05/2023) held by the financial institution Nagad Finance PLC. The license is deemed invalid from the date of issuance of the approval order. A copy of the gazette notification (No. DFIM(L)105/105/2023-2935) dated 29 August 2023 is attached for information and necessary action by all financial institutions and scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh.
