DFIM Circular No. 12: Guidelines on Core Business Solution (CBS) Features and Controls for Non-Bank Financial Institutions
The Department of Financial Institutions and Markets of Bangladesh Bank issues guidelines defining the required features and controls for Core Business Solutions (CBS) used by non-bank financial institutions. These institutions are directed to implement the specified CBS features by December 31, 2024, and submit quarterly implementation progress reports within seven days of each quarter's end. The directive is issued under the authority of Section 18(6) of the Non-Bank Financial Institution Ordinance, 1993.
