Directions under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 – Nasik Jilha Mahila Vikas Sahakari Bank Ltd., Nasik – Extension of Period
The Reserve Bank of India extends the period of operation of Directive No. CO.DOS.SED. No.S6690/12.22.173/2025-2026 for Nasik Jilha Mahila Vikas Sahakari Bank Ltd. for a further three months, from the close of business on June 09, 2026, to the close of business on September 09, 2026. This extension is subject to review, and all other terms and conditions of the original directive remain unchanged. The extension does not imply satisfaction with the bank's financial position.
