SUBJECT: DIRECTIVE FOR LIFE INSURANCE AND FAMILY TAKAFUL ILLUSTRATIONS, 2016

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is pleased to issue the “Directive for Life Insurance and Family Takaful Illustrations, 2016” notified through S.R.O 255(I)/2016 dated March 25th, 2016 in exercise of powers conferred by section 40B read with clause (u) of sub-section (4) of section 20 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997.

The notification, as aforesaid has been placed on the SECP website at the following URL:
