The Central Bank of Cyprus sets fixed fees for credit servicer licensing and qualifying holding transactions, requiring applicants to pay €10,000 for a new operating license and €5,000 for acquiring or increasing a qualifying holding, with the latter amount applying even if both applications are submitted simultaneously. This directive repeals the 2023 Directive concerning fees for credit acquisition companies or credit facility managers and enters into force upon publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic.
