Directive No. 05/DIF/DRO/2020 of 16 November on Statistical Reporting by Banking Agents
Banking Financial Institutions must submit monthly statistical reports regarding banking agent activities to the National Bank of Angola. Submissions are due by 8:30 AM on the 8th of the following month via the Financial Institutions Portal using XML format, or via Excel email if the portal is unavailable. The directive mandates adherence to specific reporting procedures and forms, with non-compliance constituting an offense punishable under the Law on the Basic Framework of Financial Institutions. The directive entered into force immediately upon issuance on November 16, 2020.
