The Central Bank of Cyprus establishes supervisory fees for credit servicers, comprising a fixed annual charge of €3,000 and a variable charge based on portfolio size, with an exemption from the fixed fee for entities also regulated under the 2024 Credit Managers and Credit Buyers Law. These fees are calculated based on the Central Bank's direct and indirect operational costs and must be paid within thirty days of notification. This directive repeals the 2023 Directive on fees related to credit purchase companies and credit servicers and takes effect upon publication in the Official Gazette.
