Directive PI/MA/4/31/7/2014: Submission of Fund Related Documents by Means of Prescribed Application Forms
Effective 15 September 2014, all registered Medical Aid Funds must submit prescribed application forms for rule amendments, registration, and deregistration alongside their respective requests to the Authority. Documents submitted without these specific forms are classified as incomplete, which negatively impacts the turnaround times specified in the Service Level Commitment. The directive mandates the use of the newly developed forms for these three administrative processes to standardize submissions and improve processing efficiency.
