Disclosure of Interests of Principal Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees
Principal Officers and members of the Board of Trustees of medical aid funds must disclose their employment status, directorships, shareholdings, and trustee memberships on other boards. This information is required to be submitted using the attached form to the Registrar's office no later than 29 April 2011. The disclosure requirements apply to individuals serving in these specific roles within medical aid funds.
