Discontinuation of Instructions for Issuance of Letters of Credit with Realization Clause
The instructions contained in FE Circular No. 15 dated April 04, 2021 regarding the issuance of letters of credit with realization clauses for input procurements on behalf of exporters are discontinued. This decision is effective immediately. Authorized Dealers in Bangladesh are required to bring these contents to the notice of relevant customers.
