Discontinuation of submission of Returns/Statements to Bangladesh Bank
Authorized Dealers in Foreign Exchange in Bangladesh are no longer required to submit specific returns and statements to Bangladesh Bank in hardcopy. This exemption applies to nine categories of reports, including monthly consolidated statements of convertible taka and foreign currency accounts, statements on foreign exchange release for travel and education, and various FDI and account transaction statements. Authorized Dealers must continue to report the same information through the relevant online portals and modules of Bangladesh Bank.
