Disqualification from Registration with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) of Money Service Businesses (MSBs) Operating Without Prior BSP Registration

The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 1270 dated 22 December 2025, approved the disqualification of the below listed entities and any sole proprietorship owned and/or controlled by their respective owners/operators from registering with the BSP, and/or obtaining a license with the BSP to engage in any activity that is authorized or supervised by the BSP, for operating as MSBs without prior BSP registration.
