DMD Circular Letter No. 02: Regarding Profit Rate Refixation for January-June, 2026 in National Savings Schemes

The document extends the profit rates for National Savings Schemes valid until December 31, 2025, through June 30, 2026, and explicitly cancels the previous notification dated December 30, 2025. Consequently, the Bangladesh Bank Department of Management and Development (DMD) Circular Letter No. 01/2026, issued on January 1, 2026, regarding the refixation of these rates, is hereby cancelled. This directive applies to all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh.
