The Department of Monetary Management (DMD) of Bangladesh Bank establishes specific trading hours for government bill/bond auctions, Sukuk, BGIIB auctions, open market operations, interbank repos, secondary trade (OTC & TWS), and EDS Money platform transactions during the holy month of Ramadan. Scheduled activities are restricted to morning and afternoon windows, with the EDS Money platform operating from 9:30 AM to 3:45 PM. Normal operating schedules will resume immediately after the conclusion of Ramadan.
