DNB expectations for payment service providers regarding strong customer authentication
Payment service providers wishing to utilize the extended strong customer authentication migration deadline of 31 December 2020 must draft and implement migration plans in 2019. Institutions participating in the Dutch Payments Association initiative do not need to submit additional information, while others must submit their plans to DNB through their account supervisor before 1 December 2019. The statutory regulatory technical standards application date remains unchanged at 14 September 2019.
