DOC-2018-10 Orientations on rules and procedures applicable in the event of a CSD participant failure

The AMF issued position DOC-2018-10 to integrate ESMA's guidelines into its regulatory practices regarding Central Securities Depositories (CSDs). This document mandates that CSDs establish specific rules and procedures to manage the remediation of a participant's failure as required by Article 41 of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014.
