DOS Circular Letter No. 07: Keeping scheduled bank branches closed in the election area on the 31st March 2019 Sunday for the 5th Upazilla Parishad General Election (4th Phase)
The Department of Off-Site Supervision requires all scheduled banks to close their regional offices and branches located in specific upazilas within designated districts on Sunday, March 31, 2019. This closure is mandated to facilitate voting and allow officers and staff to exercise their franchise during the fourth phase of the 5th Upazila Parishad General Election. The directive applies to a list of 110 upazilas across 19 districts, including Patuakhali, Bhola, Barguna, Pirojpur, Jessore, Khulna, Bagerhat, Mymensingh, Narshingdi, Munshiganj, Narayanganj, Dhaka, Tangail, Cumilla, Noakhali, Brahmanbaria, Feni, Cox's Bazar, and Dinajpur.
