The Department of Off-Site Supervision grants consent for Jamuna Bank Limited to temporarily suspend banking operations from 12:01 AM on April 1, 2022, to 11:59 PM on April 6, 2022, to facilitate migration to new core banking software. This approval is issued under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991, and applies to all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh.
