DOS Circular Letter No. 11: Time Extension for Submission of Annual Audit Report of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC
The Bangladesh Bank grants an exemption from the requirements of Section 40 of the Bank Companies Act, 1991, specifically extending the deadline for Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC to submit its annual audit report to August 31, 2025. This extension is issued under the authority of Section 121 of the same Act in consultation with the Government.
