DOS Circular Letter No. 13: Intermission of Banking Operations of EXIM Bank Ltd. due to Upgradation of existing Core Banking Software
The Department of Off-Site Supervision of the Bangladesh Bank grants consent for EXIM Bank Ltd. to temporarily suspend banking operations from 8:00 PM on April 28, 2022, until 10:00 AM on May 5, 2022, to facilitate the upgrade of its existing core banking software. This approval is issued under the authority of Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991, and is directed to the Managing Directors or Chief Executive Officers of all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh.
