Dear Sir,

Regarding the submission of Statement regarding Large Loan (Form 'L') through the Bangladesh Bank Web Portal.

Reference is invited to DOS Circular No. 01/2013 dated 12-03-2013 of the Department of Off-Site Supervision and BRPD Circular No. 02/2014 dated 16-01-2014 of the Banking Regulation and Policy Department regarding the submission of information on Large Loan (Form 'L') and related banking regulations and policies.

2. Through the aforementioned circular of the Department of Off-Site Supervision, scheduled banks have been advised to submit their monthly Statement regarding Large Loan (Form 'L') through the Bangladesh Bank Web Portal. Through the aforementioned circular of the Banking Regulation and Policy Department, banks have been advised to report information related to Large Loan. In this context, two clauses of the existing Form 'L' have been modified/rectified, three clauses have been converted, and one new clause has been added regarding Large Loan.

3. Scheduled banks must submit the Statement regarding Large Loan (Form 'L') for each month within the Bangladesh Bank Web Portal by the 10th of the following month, according to the revised format. Until further notice, the aforementioned statement and operational details must be forwarded to the Department of Off-Site Supervision along with the revised format and CIB report (not older than 60 days from the date of loan approval) in Excel format.

4. In the case of zero reporting, two mandatory clauses of Form 'L', namely 'Zero Reporting' and 'Clause', must be submitted.

5. This arrangement will take immediate effect, and the tables provided with DOS Circular No. 01/2013 shall be considered amended.

6. All other instructions regarding this matter shall remain unchanged.
