DOS Circular Letter No. 24: Instructions to follow hygiene for preventing the expansion of COVID-19

Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer All Scheduled Banks operating in Bangladesh. Regarding following hygiene instructions to prevent the expansion of COVID-19. Dear Sir, In light of the renewed increase in the rate of COVID-19 infections, the following instructions are issued for scheduled banks to follow:
01. Make wearing masks mandatory for all staff/employees and visiting customers in all areas of your bank;
02. Apply the "No Mask No Service" policy;
03. Maintain social distancing; and
04. Promptly ensure that staff/employees showing symptoms such as fever, cold, cough, or other COVID-19 symptoms undergo COVID testing.
