The Department of Offsite Supervision grants consent for Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC to temporarily suspend its core banking services from January 1, 2025, to January 5, 2025, and its agent banking services from December 30, 2024, to January 5, 2025. This approval is issued under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991, to facilitate the bank's migration to new core banking software.
