Draft Amendment Directions on Harmonisation and Consolidation of Instructions on Control / Assurance Functions
The Reserve Bank of India has issued draft Amendment Directions regarding the harmonisation and consolidation of instructions on control and assurance functions for public consultation. Regulated entities, including commercial banks, small finance banks, payments banks, local area banks, regional rural banks, all India financial institutions, urban co-operative banks, rural co-operative banks, non-banking financial companies, credit information companies, and asset reconstruction companies, may submit feedback on or before July 9, 2026. Submissions can be made via the 'Connect 2 Regulate' section on the website or by email with the specified subject line format.
