Draft Guideline on Pension Plan Governance
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago issued a draft Guideline on Pension Plan Governance for review by pension plan trustees, management committees, and plan sponsors. The document establishes minimum prudential standards to assist these entities in assessing and adjusting their operations. Stakeholders are required to submit electronic comments regarding the draft by April 05, 2019.
