Draft Guidelines on the Implementation of the Tax Information Exchange Agreements (United States of America) Act, 2017
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago issued this circular to solicit feedback on draft guidelines implementing the Tax Information Exchange Agreements (United States of America) Act, 2017. The document applies to financial institutions and insurance companies under the supervision of the Central Bank. Comments on the draft guidelines must be submitted in soft copy to ssingh@central-bank.org.tt by May 19, 2017.
