Instruction No. 2019-I-11 of April 18, 2019, amending Instruction No. 2015-I-17 regarding the composition of the prior declaration dossier for affiliation, withdrawal, or exclusion of a mutual insurance group company (SGAM), a group mutualist union (UMG), or a social protection insurance group company (SGAPS)
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2019-I-11 to amend the procedural requirements for prior declarations concerning the affiliation, withdrawal, or exclusion of specific mutual and social protection insurance entities. The amendment modifies Article 2 of the original 2015 instruction to mandate that the required dossier be submitted exclusively in electronic format via the ACPR's 'Autorisations' portal. This regulatory change officially entered into application on May 1, 2019.
