Instruction No. 2017-I-24 of December 21, 2017, on the transmission to the ACPR of accounting, prudential, and other information documents (Banking Sector) (Consolidated Version) (Repealed)
The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2017-I-24 to establish the procedures for transmitting accounting, prudential, and miscellaneous information documents from the banking sector. This consolidated instruction, originally dated December 21, 2017, was subsequently amended by Instructions No. 2019-I-07, 2022-I-07, and 2025-I-05. It has been fully repealed by Instruction No. 2025-I-13, with the final update recorded on July 4, 2025.
