Compliance with EBA Guidelines on exceptional large exposure limit breaches (EBA/GL/2021/09)
The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines regarding the assessment of exceptional breaches of large exposure limits. These guidelines specify the criteria for evaluating such breaches, as well as the deadlines and measures required for remediation. The regulations became applicable to credit institutions supervised by the ACPR on January 1, 2022, mandating full adherence under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
