Instruction (Historical) No. 8/2019
Bank of Portugal issued Instruction No. 8/2019 to amend Instruction No. 5/2017 regarding the reporting of information for supervisory purposes. The regulation updates prudential reporting standards for credit institutions, electronic money institutions, payment institutions, and various financial companies. It entered into force on June 4, 2019, under the legal framework of Law No. 5/98 and Decree-Law No. 298/92.
