EEF Circular Letter No. 01: Amendment of ESF Policy-2018
The document amends paragraphs 8.7 and 25.1 of the ESF Policy-2018 to specify that an additional 2% penalty interest is levied on the outstanding amount due for any installment payment made after the scheduled date. Paragraph 25.1 further clarifies that projects may repay the principal of the loan taken within the grace period or moratorium period if they choose to do so. All other instructions from Circular Letter No. 01/2020 dated September 27, 2020, remain unchanged.
