Subject: Reporting to the Banking Supervision Department Directives

Introduction

Due to the need to monitor other banking activities in times of emergency, a new reporting directive is added.

This directive specifies which data, information, and frequency of reporting are required - "Emergency Time Reporting" - 888.

Amendments to the Directives

1. Directive No. 888 "Emergency Time Reporting" shall be added as follows:

2. This directive shall apply to banks (excluding foreign banks) and joint service companies with credit card companies.

3. Banks shall submit the "Emergency Time" reporting daily, by 3:30 PM (as stated in Section 5 of the directive), and shall report immediately.

4. In addition, updates shall be sent to the 30-30 calendar.

5. The reporting shall include: balance sheet balances, future cash flows, check returns, reporting on exceptional events, daily banking services provided by the bank,

Branches and automated teller machine inventory.

6. This directive shall take effect from 03.03.2000.
