This is to inform all Authorised Dealers and the Nigeria Customs Service, that the under-mentioned Company is hereby placed on foreign exchange embargo:
Rahamaniya Nigeria Limited, 80, Sadiq Street, Lagos.
RC. No. 32047 Consequently, all Authorised Dealers are advised that with immediate effect, no foreign exchange transaction, including transfer of funds, should be made in favour of or on behalf of the company until the embargo is lifted. All approvals recently granted in favour of the company, which still remain unutilised either partially or wholly should be cancelled immediately.
Also, Authorised Dealers are requested to furnish the Director, Trade and Exchange Department, details of all transactions by the Importer for the period January 1, 2006 to date.
