End of the Transition Period Under MiCAR
The FMA announced the transition period under Article 143(3) of MiCAR ended on July 1, 2026. Consequently, registrations under the TVTG for activities now subject to MiCAR authorization expired on July 2, 2026, and the FMA register entries are being updated.
