The Financial Market Authority has recorded the expiration of Neon Exchange AG's registration as a VT exchange service provider pursuant to the TVTG. This status change follows the company's renunciation of its registration effective June 25, 2026. Consequently, Neon Exchange AG is no longer authorized to provide virtual currency services subject to registration.
