Expiry of a Registration According to TVTG
The Liechtenstein regulatory authority has notified that LGT Bank Ltd. has waived its registration as a TT Depositary under the TVTG, effective March 17, 2026. This voluntary waiver triggers an automatic lapse of authorization pursuant to Article 20 paragraph 1 letter a of the Act. The bank is consequently stripped of its legal mandate to provide any registered treasury and trustee services.
