Extension of Period for Directions under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 – The Amanath Co-operative Bank Ltd., Bangalore
The Reserve Bank of India extends the directive issued to The Amanath Co-operative Bank Ltd., Bangalore for a further period of three months, from close of business on June 12, 2026 to close of business on September 12, 2026. This extension is subject to review, and all other terms and conditions of the original directive remain unchanged. The extension does not imply satisfaction with the bank's financial position.
