Extension of usance period against imports of industrial raw materials
The usance period for imports of industrial raw materials, including back-to-back imports and imports of agricultural implements and chemical fertilizers under supplier’s or buyer’s credit, is extended until December 31, 2024. This extension applies to the 360-day period previously established by FE Circular No. 21 dated December 14, 2023. The extended usance period is not applicable for imports under EDF loans, while all other relevant instructions remain unchanged.
