The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago requires bureaux de change to submit their 2012 external auditor's reports for Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism, which are currently past due. Under the Financial Obligation Regulations, 2010, these reports must be submitted to the Central Bank within four months of the financial institution's year end. The Inspector of Financial Institutions directs affected entities to take immediate steps to rectify this non-compliance.
