External chairperson hearing committee fit & proper decisions
Mr. J.A.F. Peters serves as the current external chair of the hearing committee for objections against fit and proper decisions by DNB and the AFM. Since July 2018, an external person has chaired this committee to monitor the process and ensure all relevant facts regarding objections are presented during hearing sessions.
