External Circular CIEX N° 3/2024: BCB Procedure Reception Hours
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) establishes new reception hours for physical and digital procedures for public sector entities, private and financial system entities, and the general public, effective January 10, 2024. General Procedures (TGL) will be received from 8:00 to 17:00, while Operation Request Procedures (TSO) will be received from 8:00 to 16:00, with specific deadlines for various operations detailed in Annexes 1 and 2. TSO require two authorized signatures accredited with the BCB and must be directed to the corresponding operational area with specific references. Official digital contact channels are also specified, and Circular Externa CIEX N° 13/2023 is superseded.
