External Circular No. 24/2020: Central Bank of Bolivia Operating Hours Effective June 2, 2020
The Central Bank of Bolivia establishes new operating hours for its various financial and payment system operations, effective Tuesday, June 2, 2020, in compliance with Ministerial Resolution No. 234/20. The circular specifies distinct time windows for 57 types of transactions, including fund transfers, USD sales, monetary material deposits, and settlement cycles for systems such as LIP, ACCL, MLD, EDV, ATC, and LINKSER. These schedules apply to the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, financial entities, public entities, private entities, and participants in the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP).
