Finansinspektionen prescribes pursuant to Chapter 7, section 2 of the Insurance Business Ordinance (2001:257) and section 15 of the Official Statistics Ordinance (2001:100) that a new section, Chapter 1, section 2a, shall be inserted into Finansinspektionen’s regulations and general guidelines (FFFS 2015:3) regarding supervisory reporting for insurance business with the following wording.

Section 2a The regulations do not apply to an insurance association granted
