Instruction No. 2015-I-18 of October 2, 2015, on the electronic signature of documents transmitted to the ACPR (Insurance Sector), as amended by Instruction No. 2017-I-12 (repealed)

The Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2015-I-18 to establish the technical and legal requirements for the electronic signature of documents transmitted to the regulator in the insurance sector. This regulatory framework was subsequently modified by Instruction No. 2017-I-12 to update specific provisions. The document was officially repealed by Instruction No. 2025-I-06, rendering the previous electronic signature instructions obsolete.
