FCRPD Circular Letter No. 13: Name Change of Department of Financial Institutions and Markets (DFIM) to Finance Company Regulation and Policy Department
Bangladesh Bank's FCRPD Circular Letter No. 13 informs all finance companies and scheduled banks in Bangladesh about the name change of the Department of Financial Institutions and Markets (DFIM). The department's new name is now the Finance Company Regulation & Policy Department (FCRPD) in English and Finance Company Regulation and Policy Department in Bengali. This directive is issued under the authority granted by Section 41(2)(N) of the Finance Company Act, 2023.
