Section 93 of the Financial Services Act

1. These rules may be cited as the Financial Services (Consolidated
   Licensing and Fees) (Amendment No. 5) Rules 2024.
2. In these rules –
   “principal rules” means the Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and Fees) Rules 2008.
3. The First Schedule to the principal rules is amended, in PART
   I, under the heading “Insurance Service Providers”, by deleting item INS - 2.1 and replacing it by the following – Code Licence Relevant
