Market Guidance Note No. 1 of 2018: Payment of Annual Licence Fees
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Zambia mandates all licensed capital market operators to pay annual licence fees under the Securities Act, No. 41 of 2016. This directive applies to securities exchanges, clearing and settlement agencies, dealers, investment advisers, their representatives, and share transfer agents. Operators must remit these fees by December 31 each year to maintain regulatory compliance.
