Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to the para 3(i)(a), chapter 24 of Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions, Vol-I regarding submission of quarterly statement to the respective area office of Bangladesh Bank within 30 days from the close of each quarter by the local agents approved under section 18A of Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947. It has now been decided to relax the time limit for submission of this statement from 30 days to 60 days, which will be applicable from June quarter, 2009.
