FEID Circular Letter No. 02/2014: Extension of Online Submission Deadline for Section 18A FER Act Permissions
The submission deadline for Authorized Dealers to apply for permission under Section 18A of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947, is extended by six months, until 02/10/2014. This extension allows Authorized Dealers to continue submitting applications via both online and hardcopy methods to accommodate the limited capabilities of some commercial banks. After 02/10/2014, only online submissions will be accepted. All other instructions from the referenced Circular Letter No. 05/2013 remain unchanged.
