Dear Sir,

Subject: Performing Hajj 1446 Hijri/2025 under Private Management.

In this regard, the memorandum dated January 15, 2025, from the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Ref. No. 16.00.0000.003.02.006.24-70, regarding the subject cited above, is enclosed herewith for your information and necessary action.

2. In the interest of proper Hajj management, instructions are given to take necessary measures to send the service fee equivalent to 1,50,000.00 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand) Taka in Saudi Riyals to the owner/authorized representative of the agency in Saudi Arabia under their own account, in accordance with relevant rules and regulations, for each registered Hajj pilgrim by the Hajj agencies for the Hajj season of 1446 Hijri/2025.

3. Please inform all concerned parties about the subject matter of this circular letter.
